Jerel Mani is a Blue Mountains based multi media artist, working across painting, drawing, sculpture and sound. He is inspired by mediative experiences and through his work he seeks to bring qualities of stillness, peace and sometimes even joy to the audience.
He creates music in his home studio as well as performing with a quartet of local artists in an experimental acoustic/synth outfit called Monster Studies.
Jerel has a thirty year career in television, film and 3D animation through his company Mish Mash Multimedia. He studied at The Tel Aviv School of Arts, and more recently, Visual Arts at Katoomba TAFE where he is reinvigorating his art practice and connecting with the local creative community.
